1. What payment methods are available?

Online: We accept payments via Tabby and MyFatoorah.

In-store: Multiple payment options are available, including Tabby, Tamara, Mada, Visa, and MasterCard.
2. What is Tabby?
Tabby allows you to shop now and pay later, either in interest-free installments or after a short delay. You can select Tabby at checkout and complete the purchase through your Tabby account.
3. What is the return or exchange policy?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 48 business hours from the invoice date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
4. When will my order be delivered?

If the product is in stock: Delivery is made on the fifth business day after the invoice date.

If not available: We will contact you with the nearest delivery date (usually between 15 days to 1 month).
5. Is there a warranty on the products?

Sofa sets: 5-year warranty on wood, springs, and foam (excluding fabric).

Bedroom sets: 1-year warranty.
6. I don’t have a credit card. Can I make a bank transfer?
Yes, you can transfer to one of our bank accounts (Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh Bank). After the transfer, you must send the transfer receipt.
7. What is the deadline for completing the transfer?
The full amount must be transferred within 3 days maximum. If not completed within this period, the invoice will be automatically cancelled.
8. When is the order confirmed after the transfer?
The order is confirmed within 2 working days after receiving the bank transfer.
9. How can I cancel the order?
You can submit a cancellation request by contacting customer service, according to the terms and conditions.
10. What should I do if I don’t like the product and want to return it?
You can submit a cancellation or return request by contacting customer service, according to the return policy.
11. What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
Please inform customer service immediately.

12. Can I pick up my order directly from the showroom?
Yes, customers can collect products from the showroom or warehouse within 3 days at their own responsibility. A note must be added before completing the purchase.
