These policies are designed to clearly outline the processes of purchase, return, exchange, maintenance, delivery, special orders, and payment to ensure your full satisfaction.

 

1. Return, Exchange, and Maintenance Policy    

Original Sales Order:

The original sales order must be presented when requesting a return, exchange, or maintenance.

Return or Exchange After Delivery:

Products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

Undelivered Products:

Customers may return undelivered items within 3 days or exchange them within 6 days for the same or higher value, from the date of the sales order—provided this is done at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date, and the items were not custom-made or manufactured based on customer specifications.

Promotional Periods & Discounts:

During promotional and discount periods, customers are entitled to a one-day return or exchange from the date of the sales order.

Manufacturing Defects:

Products with manufacturing defects or those that do not match the invoice may be returned or exchanged upon delivery, provided they are returned using the same delivery method. The following items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable: rugs, bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, accessories, and towels.

Final Clearance Items:

Final items (last pieces) purchased from the showroom and accepted in their current condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s account or issued as a cheque within 14 business days from the date of the return request approval.

Cheque Payments:

Invoices paid by cheque are not considered settled until the cheque has been successfully collected.

Damage or Loss After Inspection:

The company is not responsible for any damage, loss, or shortage of items after they are inspected and signed for by the customer or their representative, nor for items received but not installed.

Mattresses, Boxes & Shelves:

Prices for bedroom sets do not include mattresses, boxes, or shelves.

Order Accuracy:

Customers must verify the accuracy of their orders before leaving the showroom or finalizing the order online. No claims will be accepted for conditions that were not agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment & Storage Policy    

Storage of Purchases:

Purchases can be stored free of charge for 30 days if 100% of the sales order value has been paid.

If the storage period exceeds 30 days, the invoice will be canceled, and a 20% storage fee will be deducted.

The customer cannot claim the same items after cancellation, but they may exchange for other products equal to the net invoice value after deducting storage fees.

3. Special Orders    

Delivery or Pick-up Period:

The delivery or pick-up date for special orders will be set within a maximum of 180 working days from the contract date.

No Modification or Return:

Special orders or any of their components cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged.

Notification & Pick-up:

The company will notify the customer upon arrival of the special order. The customer must receive it within 10 days of the arrival date.

A storage fee of SAR 45 per day will be applied for delays beyond this period.

4. Delivery & Warranty Policy    

Delivery & Installation Service:

The company offers free one-time delivery and installation in the following cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, Khobar, and Qassim.

Delivery Rescheduling:

Customers will be contacted before the agreed delivery date to confirm the address. If unreachable, the delivery will be rescheduled based on available slots.

Product Inspection on Delivery:

Customers must inspect items upon delivery, sign the delivery receipt, and note any comments or observations.

Warranty Coverage:

1-year warranty on bedroom sets and dining furniture.
5-year warranty on sofas (excluding fabrics).

Warranty covers maintenance only and does not include spare parts or damages caused by misuse.

Delivery Failure:

If the company fails to deliver the products, the customer is entitled to a full refund without any additional compensation.

Terms & Conditions – Instant Discount Offer (SAR 500 Off)

  1. Offer: Get an instant discount of SAR 500 when you spend SAR 5,000 or more in a single transaction.

  2. How to redeem: The discount is applied automatically at checkout—no promo code required.

  3. Eligibility: The offer is available on all products without exception.

  4. Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

  5. Returns & exchanges: If any items purchased under this offer are returned, the value of the discount received will be deducted from the refund amount.

  6. Right to amend: The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

White Friday Offer Terms and Conditions (Second Item for 1 SAR) :

1. Offer Period: The offer starts on November 20, 2025, and ends on November 30, 2025.

2. Offer Mechanism: Upon purchasing two items, the second item of equal or lower value will be calculated at 1 Saudi Riyal (SAR).

3. Applicable Price: The first item will be calculated at its original, advertised price.

4. Payment Obligation: To benefit from the offer, the full total value of the invoice must be settled completely.

5. Separate Delivery Fee: If the second item (valued at 1 SAR) is delivered separately from the original invoice and its original value is less than 1980 SAR, the customer must pay a delivery fee for this separate item.

6. Delivery Location: All purchases made by the customer benefiting from the offer will be delivered to one address only.

7. Delivery Scheduling: Delivery times and dates will be booked and confirmed after the customer has completed the purchase and fully utilized the offer.

8. Exchange and Return: In the event of an exchange or return of any item, the invoice value will be recalculated. If this results in the invoice no longer meeting the offer conditions (fewer than two items remaining), the 1 SAR discount will be canceled.

9. Offer Stacking: This offer cannot be combined or used with any other promotional offers or discounts on the same invoice.
