Warranty Policy – Ashley Home Furniture

At Ashley Home Furniture, we are committed to ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product excellence.
Our warranty policy is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind and confidence after purchasing our products.
Every item we sell is carefully crafted, quality-tested, and securely shipped.
We take pride in the durability of our products and are pleased to offer a limited warranty on most items.


Warranty Duration

  • Sofas: Five (5) years from the date of purchase.

  • Bedroom sets, tables, and wooden furniture: One (1) year from the date of purchase.

The warranty starts from the purchase date and covers manufacturing defects or material flaws under normal usage conditions.
The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from our official website or from our showrooms within the Kingdom.


Submitting a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  1. Valid proof of purchase (purchase invoice).

  2. Clear description of the issue, preferably with photos showing the defect.

This information enables our support team to assess the problem accurately and expedite the resolution process.


What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers:

  • Structural weaknesses.

  • Material or manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or accidental damage.

  • Normal wear and tear or excessive use.

  • Improper storage or cleaning.

  • Exposure to moisture or direct sunlight.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties.

Any alteration by an external party voids the warranty.


Resolution Process

Upon approval of a valid claim, we may provide one of the following solutions:

  • Repair the product.

  • Replace the product with the same model or an equivalent model.

  • Issue store credit.

  • Refund the purchase price.

Each claim is evaluated individually to ensure fairness and transparency.
Most claims are processed within 3 – 7 business days, though more complex cases may require additional time.


Product Return Under Warranty

If a product return is necessary, a return label will be provided when applicable.
Please securely package the product before sending it back.
Upon receipt, our Quality Team will inspect the product to confirm that the issue complies with the warranty terms.
We will then proceed with the agreed resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).


Additional Terms

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Repaired or replacement products do not extend or renew the original warranty, which continues based on the original purchase date.

  • Components subject to normal wear over time, such as fabrics or batteries, may not be covered under the warranty, but we are happy to provide care guidance.
